Body By Elly ("we", "us") operates this platform. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect: your email address and account details when you sign up; payment information processed securely by Stripe (we do not store your card details); your progress, comments, and reviews within the platform; and basic technical data such as usage and device information.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the Service (create your account, grant access after payment, track your progress), to communicate with you about your account, to display community features you take part in, and to improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

We share data only with trusted service providers that help us run the platform: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database and authentication), Bunny.net (video delivery), and our email provider. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at bodybyelly@gmail.com and we will respond within the legally required timeframe.

Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard security measures (encryption, access controls, row-level security) to protect your data, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
