1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Body By Elly (the "Service"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Body By Elly provides access to a 6-week fitness challenge, including workout videos, progress tracking, nutrition guidance, and community features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Payment & access

The challenge is available for a one-time payment. Once your payment is successfully processed, you receive lifetime access to the challenge content for as long as the Service remains operational. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details.

4. Refunds

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to use the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You may not share your account, redistribute, download, copy, or resell any content. The workout videos and materials are protected and for your personal use only. Sharing access or content may result in termination of your account without refund.

7. Health & safety

Use of the Service is subject to our Health & Fitness Disclaimer. Please read it carefully before participating.

8. Content & intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials on Body By Elly are owned by us and protected by law. Reviews and comments you post may be displayed within the Service and, where you consent, publicly.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
